By using our website, creating an account, creating an event, or joining an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This is a single, unified document that covers:

general website use
event creator rules
participant rules
payments, refunds, and payouts
safety & liability
media & copyright
privacy & data (GDPR)

ManbunLife is a Cyprus-based event platform that allows users to create, publish, discover, and join events. We provide the technology, tools, and payment processing, but event creators remain responsible for the events they organize.

1. Definitions

“ManbunLife” refers to the website, brand, and platform.
“Event Creator” refers to a user who creates and manages an event.
“Participant” refers to a user who joins or attends an event.
“User” refers to any person using the platform, including creators and participants.
“Event” refers to any activity listed and published on the platform.

2. Platform Role

ManbunLife is a community platform, not an event organizer.
Events are created, managed, and delivered by independent creators.

ManbunLife provides:

event creation tools
event listings
payment processing
communication tools
customer support
refund management

ManbunLife does not host or manage the events unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

By using the platform, you confirm that:

you are 18+
the information you provide is accurate
you will not misuse the platform
you take full responsibility for your account activity

We may suspend or remove accounts for:

fraud
misleading events
unsafe behavior
repeated event cancellations
violation of these terms

4. Event Creation (Event Creator Responsibilities)

When creating an event, you agree that:

4.1 Accuracy

All event information you provide (time, date, location, pricing, safety, description, media) must be true and accurate.

4.2 Safety

You are fully responsible for:

ensuring the event is safe
following all laws, permits, and regulations
managing risks
supervising the activity
providing correct meeting points
handling any emergencies

4.3 No-Show Tickets

Revenue from no-show participants is treated as regular ticket revenue.
No-show tickets are not refunded, unless ManbunLife determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

Refunds for no-shows, if approved, are deducted from the creator’s final payout.

4.4 Creator No-Show / Event Not Delivered

If the event creator does not show up, cancels without notice, or the event fails to take place for any reason:

Participants will receive a full refund.
The event creator will receive no payout.
ManbunLife may charge the creator for refund costs if refund amounts exceed participant revenue (e.g. processing fees).
The creator’s account may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
The creator may be required to provide a written explanation before creating future events.
Repeated no-shows result in permanent removal and potential legal liability for damages.

4.5 Media Rights

By uploading images or videos for your event, you confirm that:

you own the media OR have permission to use it
you grant ManbunLife permission to display it on the website and social media

4.6 Event Delivery

You must deliver the event as described.
If the event significantly changes or fails to take place, refunds may be issued and payouts withheld.

4.7 ManbunLife Event Oversight

ManbunLife reserves the right, but not the obligation, to have a representative attend any event listed on the platform.
This may be done for quality assurance, safety verification, platform compliance, or support purposes.

Creators agree to allow a ManbunLife representative to attend the event at no cost (meaning the cost of the services. If the event’s cost includes food, drinks etc. Manbunlife will cover the extra cost) and understand that such attendance does not make ManbunLife the organizer or co-host of the event.

Our presence at an event is solely for monitoring and operational improvement.

5. Payments, Fees & Payouts (Creators)

5.1 Payments Collected by ManbunLife

For all paid events, ManbunLife collects the payments directly from participants.

5.2 Platform Fee

ManbunLife keeps 25% of the total ticket revenue as a service fee, which includes VAT handling, payment processing and use of the platform

5.3 Creator Payout

Creators receive 75% of the revenue.

Payouts occur only after the event is successfully completed and attendance is verified.

Payout time: 3–7 business days after event completion.
(delays may occur depending on the payment provider)

5.4 Event Cancellation Policy for Creators

Event creators are responsible for delivering the event as described.
By creating an event on ManbunLife, creators agree to the following cancellation rules:

A. Standard Cancellation Window

Creators may cancel their event up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Creators must notify ManbunLife immediately at info@manbunlife.com.
A cancellation is only valid when ManbunLife confirms receipt.

All participants will receive a full refund.

B. Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours before event)

If a creator cancels the event within 48 hours of the scheduled start time:

Participants will receive a full refund
The creator will receive no payout
Any payment processing fees (Stripe fees) that are not refundable may be deducted from the creator’s future payouts
The creator will receive a late-cancellation strike
Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the platform

C. Creator No-Show or Failure to Deliver the Event

If the creator does not appear at the event location, fails to host the event, or cancels after the event has already started:

Participants will receive a 100% refund
The creator will receive no payout
ManbunLife reserves the right to recover costs, including Stripe processing fees, from future payouts or directly from the creator
The creator’s account may be immediately suspended or permanently removed

D. Acceptable Reasons for Cancellation

ManbunLife understands that emergencies happen.
Valid reasons for cancellation include:

sudden illness or injury
dangerous or extreme weather
safety concerns
emergencies or unexpected incidents
force majeure events

ManbunLife may request documentation for repeated cancellations.

E. Repeated Cancellations

To protect the quality and reliability of the platform:

2 late cancellations → temporary suspension
3 late cancellations OR 2 no-shows → permanent removal
ManbunLife reserves the right to deny future event submissions from unreliable creators

F. Participant Protection

If a creator cancels or fails to deliver the event:

Participants are entitled to a full refund
ManbunLife will notify all registered participants
Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, depending on the payment provider’s processing time

G. ManbunLife Rights

ManbunLife reserves the right to:

investigate any cancellation
request additional information
refuse future event listings
apply penalties or restrictions to creators who repeatedly fail to deliver events
deduct non-refundable Stripe fees from creator payouts in cases where the creator is at fault

5.5 Refund Deductions

If refunds are issued to participants:

refunded amounts are deducted from the creator’s revenue
if refunds exceed revenue, the creator receives no payout

5.6 Disputes & Chargebacks

Creators agree to cooperate in case of disputes.
Refund decisions by ManbunLife are final.

5.7 Ticket Price

The ticket price can be zero euros, which means that the event is FREE, or 2 euros and above.

6. Participants – Joining Events

By joining an event, you agree that:

6.1 Voluntary Participation

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

6.2 Event Accuracy

Event details are provided by the creator.
ManbunLife does not guarantee accuracy.

6.3 Safety & Behavior

You must follow instructions from the event creator and behave respectfully toward others.

6.4 Payments & Refunds

Payments are made to ManbunLife, not to creators.

Refunds may be issued if:

the event is cancelled
major details change
the event does not take place
serious complaints are verified
safety concerns arise

6.5 Creator No-Show Protection

If an event creator fails to deliver the event or does not appear at the scheduled time and place:

Participants are entitled to a 100% refund.
ManbunLife will handle the refund process directly.
Refunds are issued automatically when we verify the situation.
The creator will not receive any portion of the ticket revenue

6.6 No-Show Policy

If a participant purchases a ticket but does not attend the event (“no-show”), the ticket is non-refundable.
ManbunLife and the event creator have no obligation to issue a refund for non-attendance unless the participant proves a serious, unavoidable reason and the event creator explicitly approves a refund.

Refund requests for no-shows are evaluated case by case, but the default policy is that all no-show tickets are final and non-refundable.

Refund decisions are made by ManbunLife.

6.7 Travel & Personal Property

ManbunLife is not responsible for:

transportation issues
lost items
damage to property
personal incidents

7. Liability

By using ManbunLife, you accept that:

7.1 Creator Liability

Creators are responsible for:

safety of participants
compliance with laws
securing venues and permissions
delivering the promised activity

7.2 Platform Liability

ManbunLife is not liable for:

injuries
property damage
event issues
cancellations
creator misconduct
inaccurate event information

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that physical, social, or outdoor events may involve certain risks.

8. Media & Photography

Events may include photography or video recording.

Participants agree that:

photos taken at public events may include them
they may request not to be photographed
creators must respect these requests

ManbunLife may use event photos submitted by creators for promotional purposes.

9. Content & Copyright

You may not:

upload copyrighted materials without permission
use ManbunLife’s branding without authorization
copy event content for other websites
misuse images or descriptions

All website branding, design, and platform code belongs to ManbunLife.

10. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

ManbunLife complies with GDPR.
We collect:

account details
event details
messages
payment information (processed securely by the payment provider)
analytics data

We do not sell personal information.

Users may request:

account deletion
correction of data
a copy of their data

11. Account Suspension & Removal

We may restrict or remove accounts for:

repeated event cancellations
unsafe events
illegal activities
fraud or chargebacks
abusive behavior

ManbunLife has the right to remove events or creators at its discretion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions.
Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
